(CGSI ) is a company duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on November 17, 2003, Department of Trade and Industry on December 12,2003 , local government of Lucban , Quezon and other government agencies such as Social Security System , Bureau of Internal Revenue , Philhealth and Pag-Ibig Fund.
CGSI's primary purpose is to engage in: buying and selling of agriculture products; sustainable agriculture ; and processing of agricultural products. Its main business is vermiculture and vermicomposting .Since the main application of vermicompost is in agriculture , the company is also involved in organic farming . Prior to its registration , the incorporators have been involved in this kind of endeavor in various capacities .Their interest in this business started way back in the 90's.
